About

ScreenSpan publishes one AI-generated, very high resolution wallpaper (12000×4000) every day, cropped on demand to the exact size of your monitor setup — one screen or several, arranged the way they really sit on your desk.

The site is free and ad-supported. No account is needed: configure your screens, download, that's it.

Every image is created with artificial intelligence from hand-written scenes across ten themes: landscapes, cosmos, marine life, weather, architecture, plants, characters, realistic animals, Pixar-style animals and abstract art. Each image is then upscaled to very high resolution and reviewed and approved by a human before it is published: visible flaws (anatomy, perspective, stray text) are rejected.

A new image appears every day, and the archive keeps all the previous ones. Themes alternate from one day to the next to vary the mood, and you can vote for tomorrow's theme.

The formats are built for multi-monitor setups: the image is cropped on the server to the exact dimensions of your installation, with no needless loss, whether you have one screen, two, or three of different sizes.
